Barefoot Spas 77LP Performance Barefoot Spas 77LM Review:
My spa has been in operation for the last 7 years, all year round, and I’ve gotta say, I’m impressed with the barefoot spa performance. I own the barefoot 77LM. It has worked reliably without any problems, interrupted only by the occasional maintenance cleaning. Even that is easy to do. I order filters and change them out about once every 6 months. I am happy to say I have not had any major problems with the spa.

After all this time, the jets showed wear and tear and finally need to be replaced. I ordered the replacements today. They were cheap, easy to find through the manufacturer. I replaced the cover that came with it. That only lasted about 5 years. Might be time for a new one now. Would love to find a barefoot spas cover that would last longer. The covers keep getting fille dup with water over time, and they get really heavy. I dont really care, but when my wife uses it by herself, she cant lift it. Everywhere I look they say you should only expect to get 5-7 years out of a spa cover. Even 7 would be nice! Does anyone know a place online that sells good quality covers for cheap?

I’ve dealt with a few people at the barefoot spas factory over my years of ownership. They have been helpful. I didn’t know anything about hot tubs before this one, and they’ve help guide me through a learning curve that was pretty steep for me.

Non the less, I’ve figured a lot of things out, and I am overall very pleased with my Barefoot Spa performance, and with the customer service over the years. Well worth the investment. I will be going with Barefoot Spas again if I get another hot tub or if I move in the next couple years for my job.

  1. Hi Joseph. I ended up going directly to barefoot spas manufacturer to order the jets because the store where I bought the spa was out of business. I talked to a guy named Shawn in the warranty department. He looked it up and they had some in stock. Shipped same day. I still had to pay for the jets because mine were out of warranty, but they weren’t that expensive. They had them in stock and Shawn made it pretty easy with credit card over the phone. He was very helpful. I recommend.

  2. Julian,

I took your advice, and I got my jets in the mail today. Quick shipping from barefoot spas factory. Easy process. The new ones just pop right in. Thank you!
