Barefoot 57lp spa

We love our barefoot 57LP spa. We are very happy we found this hot tub when we did. We were on the look out for a very specific sized hot tub to fit on our back deck. We looked around at a few stores, and did not really find anything we liked until we went to a hot tub expo and met Drew with Barefoot Spas. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He helped us a great deal in choosing the right hot tub. He was not pushy at all, and listened to us and what we had to say.

He even brought up some things we hadn’t thought about that we find very important now. One of the them was the maintenance of the spa. The 57lp is very low maintenance. He explained some key features about the maintenance including the powerful ozonator that comes with it. Also, the shell where you sit has a special coating which prevents the growth of bacteria and algea in the water. I didn’t reaize this, but without this, you have to drain and clean a hot tub 4 times a year. No thank you! We only do our about once a year. Much better. Thank you Drew!

Barefoot Spas Factory is in Richmond, VA just down the road from us. The customer service we’ve received is second to none. They delivered the spa directly where we wanted it. They helped us get set up and answered all the questions we had. Christi, the girl at customer service, recognizes my voice now when I call. They have all been very professional and very patient with us. We had a lot of questions because this is our first hot tub. I couldn’t ask for better customer service. We love Barefoot Spas!
