The spa has two “neck seats”. We call it that. Not sure what it’s really called. THey probably have a fancy name for it. The less deep one, I fit perfectly in there, and the deeper one, is my husband’s. It’s like it was made for us! We love almost everything about it.
The only thing that was a let down for us was the cover, but we knew that going in because we opted to get the cheaper cover when we bought it. We will need to order a new one soon and it’s only been 2 years.
We have the one with the ozonator inside which purifes and cleans the water. I don’t know much about this and neither does my husband. How much chemicals am I supposed to put in there? The salesman told me I wouldn’t have to add much, but it came with this starter kit full of chemicals??? We are still confused about this. I saw online you are only supposed to worry about adding chemicals if the water gets cloudy. It also says you need to maintain balanced PH and Alkalinity with a test strip. Is this really all we are supposed to do? I couldn’t find any guidelines on our spa specifically with this OZO system we have. Insight anyone?
