Not happy to say the least

I bought a Barefoot Spa from the spa show and I am not happy to say the least. They delivered my hot tub 4 hours later than they promised. I know that doesn’t seem like a big deal, but I missed a very important meeting at work, and they promised they would have it here on time. They also said it wouldn’t take long to get my hot tub in place, but it took forever. They had to bring it around my house and down my hill with a sled thing. They put a big mark on my patio as well, and I had to sweep it off because it was dirt everywhere. It was close to two hours before they were all done. Pretty much ruined my entire day and lost my chances to bid in this important contract at work. I just wish I knew what I was getting in to here before I bought the spa.
