Good spa. A little lacking in features compared to other ones we looked at, but we knew that going in as this is a entry level type hot tub. Still, for the price we paid, we are very happy with the performance. I added headrests on two seats. Got them on Amazon for cheap. They hang over the side, then in to the spa where your head goes to make it softer like a pillow when you lean back.

The installers did a great job. They took their time and did not do any damage to the spa or my property when they put it in. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves. The quality of the hot tub is as expected and we find it a great place to relax. We use the spa at night when the kids are in bed just to chill. I wish the steps were taller.
