I’m an 9 year owner of 88NP barefoot spa. It’s been a pleasure owning this hot tub for going on 10 years. From day one we had issues with this company. Our hot tub was delivered on to our deck which they included for free, but the scheduling of this delivery was completely screwed up. They arrived at my home over 2 hours later than they said. I didn’t even get a chance to ask them questions. I purchased a hot tub at the Greenville Convention Center in 2017. My control panel broke, so I called and I was very pleased with Kourney’s Wells for quick response to fix the problem. He had the parts delivered to my home in 3 days and is sending a tech to my home to install the parts. I can’t thank him enough for his awesome work ethic to fix my hot tub. We enjoy our barefoot spa often, usually once, but sometimes twice a day. The pandemic prompted us to move forward with our purchase becuase the jacuzzi we use at the gym has been removed from member access. It’s just been too long without that sort of relaxation and stress relief in our lives that we crave and miss.

My barefoot spa is amazing. It is designed for the harsh winters we have here in Illinois. After owing the spa for a year and a half, I can tell you it is very easy to clean and maintain. Life is good, but with a hot tub, life is great! We got it all set up and its rockin and rollin just like it should. Let the good times roll!

I’ve owned a lot of hot tubs. My Barefoot spa 77NP is my favorite for the following reasons:

1. Low maintenance: I haven’t had to really do much at all! The ozonator in the hot tub is really powerful, and the chlorine use is minimal. This is big for me as a feature. We have owned our Barefoot Spa for over 11 years. It has held up well with no repairs needed. A few years ago, I replaced the lid. Just recently, I replaced the headrests in two of the seats. Barefoot Spas is one of the most unreliable companies ever. I ordered a hot tub from their factory, and they promised they would have it to me in 8-10 weeks. Every time I’ve ordered something like this, it never takes as long as they say it will. When I ordered my custom closet, they said 4-6 weeks, and it only took 2 weeks, so why did it take over 8 weeks to get my hot tub?!!!

My Barefoot Spa was very relaxing and comfortable. I sold it with my old house. I would buy Barefoot Spas again. I hired a delivery crew that works for Barefoot to install it, and they did good job. Me and my wife went to the Barefoot Spas show looking for a sauna. They had it in their commercial, but sure enough we got there, and no saunas. The salesman we saw at the show was helpful.
