I’m trying to find out if the pump in my Barefoot Spa is covered under warranty. Anybody have any experience with this? Or know the answer?
0Barefoot Spas has a 5 year warranty on components. I would try calling them. I had a similar issue, called them up and got it taken care of. Mine was with a jet that didn’t work right. They sent me the jet in the mail shortly after I called them. They even offered to have someone come out to put the jet in for me… I figured that part out on my own. Didn’t even take any tools. Yes, I’m a single woman, but I was able to figure that part out on my own LOL.
